Accidentally joined corporate account, was able to leave but also lost my paid annual license

I received an email for an invite for a Corporate account that I intended to use on a different zoom account. I accidentally joined with my paid annual licensed account and when I left the Corporate account I also lost my existing paid annual license (Pro). Is there any way I can retrieve my subscription back? I have tried zoom support chat, but its taking too long. What else can I do to get my license back? TIA.
