A participant joined my meeting 8 hours early.  I never experienced that before.

I have the Waiting Room and the "must-enter-passcode" turned on.

The meeting starts at 7pm tonight.  I plan to start it at 6:40.  I'm the host.

When I start it, do you think the guy who joined at 11am will be in the waiting room, and I can let him in with no problem?

 

I have the "Allow participants to join anytime" option turned on (I thought that was only relevant for people who enter late - I didn't think it meant people could join early).

In Settings I have "Allow join before host" turned OFF.

Hi Friends, 

1. I recorderd video on local device and I have mp4 file - this is my movie (it works), but also I have two files "double_click_to_convert_01" and 02, and I don't know should I do sth with them? or I can just cancel them ? (in attachment screen shot from one recording) 

 

2. I wanted to upload this mp4 file on google drive and it has been processing it for 2 days. I already canceled the video there and uploaded it once again. Any idea how to make things faster ? the file has 1,13 GB so I believe it is not that big?

who are external users when I haven't add any of them to my contacts

I only got one contact in my zoom contact list. when I opened the chat page of that contact. I see " external users present ".  how to unable that

Every Zoom Meeting, My Audio & Video Disappear & Reappear

About three or four weeks ago, an ongoing issue started with Zoom. Whenever I am on a Zoom call, which is usually multiple times a day, my audio and video will disappear for a few seconds and reappear - meaning, I can't see/hear others and they can't... Show more

About three or four weeks ago, an ongoing issue started with Zoom. Whenever I am on a Zoom call, which is usually multiple times a day, my audio and video will disappear for a few seconds and reappear - meaning, I can't see/hear others and they can't see/hear me while this is happening. It will do this several times on a call.

 

This isn't an issue with internet connection. And I never have to re-enter the meeting, I just have to wait for the window to pop back up. This is usually only a few seconds, but super annoying, as it will often happen when I'm talking or presenting. 

 

Both Zoom and my OS are fully updated. In fact, I'm wondering if my recent OS update is what triggered this issue, as it seems to have been around the time this issue started showing up.

 

Anyone else experiencing this? Any fixes for it?

I cant figure out how to change my password, when I get the email to change my password it just says "A request was made to change the password for your account. Because your account admin has disabled signing in with your work email, please click the button below and sing in with one of the other listen methods." However, when I click this link it just signs me in automatically and does not let me change my password.

Channel Disappeared

Over the weekend, we lost at least four of our channels (but not all of them), including one that we use for contact tracing for Covid notifications. We are running v5.11.4 (7185) desktop on Windows 10. The channel administrator did not delete them, and they do not show up when we do a search. We also noticed that some of the staff had to sign in again yesterday morning, although we have no idea if this is related to the missing channels.

 

Is this a known issue with Zoom, and any ideas on what is causing it?

Any suggestions on how to recover them?
