MY PAID ACCOUNT SUDDENLY CONVERTED AS BASIC
Why is my paid account suddenly converted as Basic. We just paid last March 12, 2022 good for 1 year subscription.
How to fix this?

Hello, I am Taito. I have a licensed zoom account. And every Saturday, I teach Japanese School. The following month, I have a substitute teacher taking over for one week of the class. I seem to not figure the password and it only lets me link to my google account. I try to change password, but it only lets me sign in through google account. Is there a way I can change the zoom password without this trouble?

I can't see photos that are sent to me
Hi guys, there seems to be a problem in which every time someone sends me a photo or a picture it just appears on my screen as a gray triangle with an exclamation mark in the middle, and there is no way for me to see it or download it.
Can someone please help? 🙂

automatically forward chat to e-mail
I spend most of my day with my nose buried in my work.
We have outlook and zoom and I am constantly missing private zoom chats.
how can automatically send a private chat to my e-mail ?
Receiving private chats
i am able to send pvt chats to people but for some reason i do not receive them back. It is when i am connected to my house wifi. if i use my phone as a hotspot, it being connected to the wifi, it will usually work. Once in awhile it still won't let me receive any. Its frustrating because people think i'm ignoring them when i'm not. Is it something in a firewall somewhere? Please help!

Dropped Connection
I keep getting dropped from the Zoom meeting that I am running. My internet service is adequate, I've checked it with my provider and had several conversations with their technicians. During the time I was dropped from Zoom my internet provider showed no interruption in service from their end. Why is this happening? I only recently upgraded my service and it is horrible. If I uninstall zoom and re-install the program, as suggested by someone from Zoom, how easy is it to reinstall?

Prevent Zoom Chat becoming the default IM
Good day all, Can someone advise how we can configure Zoom Chat not to become the default IM. We force HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\IM Providers\DefaultIMApp to another app, but on a restart this is changed back to Zoom Chat. Currently we deploy the Outlook plug-in and the VDI client, are these related to this? Many thanks, D
