Hi, I'm using Zoom Linux version (deb) under locale zh_TW.UTF-8 and X input method gcin . Joining meetings and chat in English is okay, but I can not input any Chinese characters (using XIM) in zoom chat. $ env | grep IM Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Hi There, I was running a zoom call for an event today and wanted to save the chat. This meeting was not being recorded. I messed up at the end and did not click the save chat button. When going back on the call, all of the chat was gone. Is there a way for me to recover this chat from the meeting?

I set my meeting to record automatically, Now I can't access my recording. When I click on the "recorded" tab, nothing comes up. Someone please help me out, that recording is very important.
Someone really needs to fix how we scroll though the chat box. I have physical disability and eyes aren't the best, so its hard to go up in comments because of that little rolling thing. I like the old school boxes with arrows up and down, then it goes in sections not just smooth scrolling

Hi. I have searched everywhere and cannot find the answer to this question. How do I get set filters to be the same for all meetings sessions. The "Apply to all future meetings check box" is not there on my Mac client. I have the most up to date client as it just auto updated this morning.

Our Zoom administrator passed away and none of the rest of the company knows the username or password to renew our license. How can we proceed?
There used to be a feature where I could control chats to be for the host only. I am not seeing that anymore. Does that still exist? I have a webinar where I need to keep the questions hidden from the participants and the panelists. How can I do that?

Are other MAC users OS <11.0 experiencing a system crash after updating the latest version of Zoom? No idea why updates are pushed through if the OS specs are not suitable for the update! onto my 2nd wasted day, trying to rectify this! Support keeps sending me the version that requires Mac OS >11.0
