On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Hello. I have the Zoom app on my phone as well as Zoom on my laptop. How do I make sure that I am only getting the calls on my laptop and they are not ringing on both my laptop and my cell? I thought there was an easy way to stop it but I can't seem to find anything. I still want to be able to use the app for chat when I am not at my desk but would prefer to not get calls. Thank you!

Hello kdwilson,

At the moment, we don't have a setting to specify ringing desktop vs. mobile app. The good news is that this update is on our roadmap!

-For the time being, the best way to control notifications from mobile would be in your Iphone or Android app settings.
