Chat not working

Before the issues started happening a week ago, I was a member of 5 different chat channels in zoom. A week ago, I could no longer see the messages posted in those channels. I could post my own messages in those channels and the other members would see them, but I wouldn't see their responses or new messages. 

 

So I deleted my zoom account and then re-created it. Now there's a different issue.

 

The members in those channels have re-invited me to join those channels. They see me listed as a member of the channels, but the channels don't show up in my zoom chat view.

 

WTH is going on? How can I get zoom chat working again? It's kinda critical!
