Hi, I have a Poly endpoint Studio-X (running in Zoom mode with firmware 3.9) with Zoom app 5.8.3. When I join a Zoom meeting and share content via HDMI cable, the far-end content share screen has a poor resolution. When I share with the Zoom app using proximity, the far-end resolution is great. I am able to replicate all the time. Is there a limitation on content share resolution on HDMI? How to fix this?

I have Crestron Flex with HDMI/USB content input. I can manage audio from the admin user account on the Dell PC that makes up the Crestron Flex product. I cannot manage the audio from the CrestUC user account that operates ZOOM on a daily basis. Are there ADMIN options for this kind of setting?

I am an AV integrator and we have deployed a Zoom Room system for a client.  We are experiencing a weird issue when content sharing.  The topology is as follows: Clickshare device (or computer if you will) to a Magewell HDMI to USB capture device.  USB from that device to a Zoom Rooms PC.  This delivers the content source to zoom rooms to share.

When we go to youtube and play a video, the ad plays audio perfectly fine (since it is voice audio).  When it plays anything with music, it allows the voice to play but cancels out the music in the background.  We haven't been able to track down what is the cause.

The profile shows as not applicable. The device is supervised and appears to be functioning normally.

(une salle Campus, une Salle Direction, une Salle Pépinière, une Salle Bureau Etude, une Salle Université, Une Salle de réunion); Accès uniquement pour l'équipe et les collaborateurs invités par l'équipe.

I was wondering if there was a way to send an email invitation from the zoom room to contacts who are in the zoom contact list without typing out their full email address. 

If I send invites to people through the contact list it only shows up on their Zoom client if they have it open. Most of the time people don't have their zoom client running in the background.

I thought for sure that I heard that the connected displays to a Zoom Room on a Mac Mini had 3 display outs that would be totally clean?

They are clean for me until a 3rd person joins the call, then there is the names displayed on the screen, the number of participants, and a mic muted symbol if the Zoom Room mic is muted, and an NDI bug if NDI is being used.

I am trying to get three displays from my mac into my ATEM via HDMI and was hoping that the outputs would be clean.  Was I mistaken?

I'd rather not have to go through NDI > vMix > Outputs > DisplayPort > ATEM via another computer, just too many things that can go wrong in between.

In Zoom meetings with 155+ participant tiles, 4 Zoom screens with 49 tiles/Zoom screen, we found that participant tiles on screen 3 were duplicated on screen 4 (the last page). Out of the 49 tiles on screen 4, all were duplicates from page 3 except for about 5 or 7 tiles that were placed at the end. These 5 or 7 were the latecomers.

This duplication only happened on the Zoom room screen and not on the Participant list.

Why does this happen?
