Hello

 

I'm using a learning space design for web conferencing, and when I attempt to share my screen with sound and play the sound from a video, my microphone turns off. I cannot show a video with sound and use the microphone while sharing simultaneously, but I was in the pass. can someone guide me in resolving this issue?

Can you provide a bit more description of what's happening or what is the indicator when you state "my microphone turns off"? Is there a visual indication that it is off? Or, when you speak into it during a video with audio, others report that they can't hear you?

This information would be helpful to further troubleshoot.
