I have a Yealink A30 at my house, it works great however I have one major issue I am hoping someone could assist me with.  Whenever I join a meeting and the person who has started the meeting and presses record my tablet freezes and I can't do anything.  Has anyone else ran into the same issue.

We have begun updating our Zoom Rooms to the latest Zoom Room App... version 5.13.6.

On updating the iPads and Launching the Zoom Room App, both the Scheduler as well as the Controller iPad Names are changing in our Zoom Room Device Management Page

This has not happened before at least on my watch.

I am wondering if anyone else is seeing this?   Is there something I can do to fix from my seat, or is this need fixing from support?

I have a TV in my office that is currently set up as a 3rd monitor for my PC.  I would like to use it as a digital signage, so I installed zoom rooms on my PC and set it up as a digital signage only location.  The problem is when starting the zoom room, it takes up all 3 displays. 

Is there a way to only have the digital signage display on 1 display?

I have a client that is using a dual Nureva HDL300 system. We have installed these multiple times, never with any  complaints for a Zoom Rooms conferencing centre/boardroom. This system however from the offset has poor audio quality and comes out sounding as if you are underwater!

So far, we've recalibrated the bars and they work perfectly with MY Zoom credentials. 

This is not a clear fix, however one troubleshooting option is on the Zoom settings themselves. Changing them, turning them off due to conflicting with the HDLs defaults maybe?

Has anyone else come across this problem?

Has anyone managed to successfully use a Poly C60 as a Zoom Room controller? I have used the activation code so the C60 is linked to a Poly X70 and can start/control meetings for the Room etc. However, the C60 does not appear in the X70 appliances 'connected devices' list (on the appliance web interface) and in the Zoom Room it is listed as iMX8 (on Android 9).

We are using the Poly TC8s in other rooms, and these display as TC8s in the room and they are also listed as connected devices on the appliance.

The C60 base profile in Poly Lens is "Zoom Rooms PC Controller".

I'm just trying to use the C60 as a Room Controller so I can utilise the C60 mic and extendable mics in larger rooms. Any ideas?

Hello, does anyone know if there is functionality in zoom to bulk enable co-hosts?  We use zoom for examinations and for large subjects require 130 zoom rooms at the same time, but find we can only add the co-hosts (exam supervisors) one by one.  Surely someone knows a way to do this more efficiently.

Hi, I have a Poly endpoint Studio-X (running in Zoom mode with firmware 3.9) with Zoom app 5.8.3. When I join a Zoom meeting and share content via HDMI cable, the far-end content share screen has a poor resolution. When I share with the Zoom app using proximity, the far-end resolution is great. I am able to replicate all the time. Is there a limitation on content share resolution on HDMI? How to fix this?
