Have a Jabra Panacast 50 VBS that we want to change the "Tap Controller to Start Display" screen to our company logo. (Not a virtual Background) 

Has anyone been able to add file to change that screen? have seen some vague answers to this but still not seeing the correct menu options.

I don't see a "Rooms Profile" in settings which seems to be the key. 

 

Is it a limitation on the hardware we have? Do I need to have the admin account get to the "Rooms Profile" menu to add the file for the background?

Zoom não dá depois de mudar de local

gravei um vídeo com zoom e ficou como uma arquivo em vídeo na pasta gerada para tal. Abri e o arquivo estava a funcionar. Copiei para outro local para zupar e deixou de funcionar. Alguém me pode ajudar. Obrigada

Hi All, hope someone has an idea how to fix this.

 

We have several zoom rooms, two of which keep displaying the following message:

Zoom rooms is not configured for this account. you can switch account or exit to configure

 

These rooms are run via Mac Minis. This message is overlayed over the actual zoom room screen, which still works perfectly fine. If i do click exit, and restart zoom rooms, it logs in automatically and everything is fine. Then within the next few days however, the message pops up again. I've tried reinstalling zoom rooms but not sure what else to try

I have a Poly Studio X30 that was working fine a couple of weeks back. Now my iPad controller does not detect a mic. There is no microphone option. If i change the Studio X30 to device mode, I can connect a laptop use studio x30 mic and speakert then i open zoom workspace and it works fine. What could be causing the problem?

Hi, I hope some can help me.

 

I am trying to sign in to zoom room controller that I installed on to the CP965 using a configuration file found here: https://zoom.us/client/latest/zrc.apk

 

When I run the app it take me to a sign in screen with options to sign in using, email, SSO, google or facebook. However I am told by our admins that I need to sign in using an activation code which they have given me. The activation code has worked on the Zoom Rooms app installed on windows micro desktop and is shows me the the room the activation code refers to. But I just can find how I use the activation code through the ZRC app on the CP965.

 

I have already update the firmware with the certified custom firmware found here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360001299063-Zoom-Phone-Certified-Hardware#h_746bf277-ad09-4ebc-88f5-b1f76b859b9a

 

Some of the support articles I found on Zoom support also suggest that you can sign in using an activation code but again I cant fine this option. 

 

What am i doing wrong?

When installing or upgrading Zoom Rooms Installer x64 5.15.7.3094 MSI (zoomrooms-5.15.7.3094-x64.msi) on Windows 10 22H2 PCs, the setup/install hangs and never completes. I've eliminated several security agents as the cause by uninstalling the agents before attempting to install Zoom Rooms Installer. We use an enterprise deployment tool called Tanium, and all installs/upgrades run as the NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM account.

 

The installation command line is:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\msiexec.exe /i "C:\Program Files (x86)\Tanium\Tanium Client\Tools\SoftwareManagement\data\temp\tasks\Deployment_89_task_141\zoomrooms-5.15.7.3094-x64.msi" /qn /norestart ALLUSERS=1 ACCEPTGDPR=true SILENT=true /lvx* "C:\<proprietary folder>\logs\Zoom-Rooms-Installer-5.15.7-20230923150010-install-silent-Setup.log"

 

The install hang does not occur on every PC and about 50% of them succeed. I'm stuck at trying to figure out why the setup is hanging. Please help!

 

The entire MSI log is attached as "Zoom Rooms Installer x64 5.15.7.3094 MSI Setup Hang Log.pdf". The last line in the "Hang" log is where the hang occurs and there is no further logging after that. The C:\jenkins\ folder does not exist on any of our PCs, even those where the installation succeeds.  I've also attached an example log file (Zoom Rooms Installer x64 5.15.7.3094 MSI Setup Success Log.pdf) where the install was successful, for comparison.

 

All assistance will be much appreciated!

This morning I tried to start a live stream from our Zoom Rooms controller (iPad), but the button to start the stream was missing. I was able to work around the issue by joining the meeting from the desktop app, transferring host from the Zoom rooms controller to the desktop user, and then starting the stream from the desktop app. Usually the Start Streaming button is shown on the Zoom Rooms controller after tapping More... Has anyone else experienced this? Has the button, or functionality, been removed?

We are using Zoom Rooms's NDI function to do live video production however we can only receive video feed via NDI, but no audio feed! 

The meeting works well without NDI (we see and hear everyone) but as soon as we assign a speaker in one of the 3 NDI outputs in our controller (an iPad), we lose all speakers' audio. We are using Tricaster TC2 as a production system, we do receive the video feed via NDI in our Tricaster, but we do not receive any audio at all! What's more, we lose the audio on our computer that's running Zoom Rooms as well (while the speakers continue to hear each other).  

We have the same problem with both Mac and Windows. We also tested our NDI function on our Tricaster with other video conferencing tools, the NDI on our Tricaster definitely work.

Please help!

Resolved! Cannot remove unlicensed zoom room

Every time I turn on my PC a screen pops up prompting me to sign in to my unlicensed zoom. I'm not sure how it even got there as I have never intentionally used zoom rooms. The options on this screen are Sign in; New Meeting; Join; Whiteboard. There ... Show more

Every time I turn on my PC a screen pops up prompting me to sign in to my unlicensed zoom.  I'm not sure how it even got there as I have never intentionally used zoom rooms. The options on this screen are Sign in; New Meeting; Join; Whiteboard.  There is a Pairing code in the top right corner and settings cog in bottom right corner. I can click on settings and exit the room but then the next day when I start my PC there it is again.  I've tried everything I  can think of to remove it with no luck.  Please help...it's getting tedious!  Thanks
