Crestron TS-1070 controller stuck on "Application is installing. Please wait." screen.

Anyone know how to resolve this?

We have had pretty consistent issues with updating Creston TS-1070 firmware and software via Zoom/ZDM as well. Please reach out to your Zoom team and raise a ticket - once you have the ticket number, I am happy to add another voice.
