Me pueden explicar si teniendo la cuenta zoom pro con un solo usuario puedo crear dos salas para generar dos encuentros simultáneos con grupos de interés y contenido diferente, por ejemplo, en una sala quiero que ingresen profesores en otra sala quiero que ingresen abogados, peor no puedo colocarlos a todos en la misma sala y después moverlos, desde el inicio debo asignar a cada grupo una sala.

We use a fleet of Meta Portals (10inch and Plus size) in the office. These work marvelously as Zoom Rooms clients and can be easily managed by the admin. I have noted after a recent meeting using one of the devices that a message appeared saying Meta (Facebook) will remove the Zoom app from the device in few weeks on January 31st.

 

I dug around online and there is absolutely zero information on any upcoming change on Meta's website. However, Zoom has a support page which confirms it.

 

If this were to happen, the Zoom Room clients would stop operating, correct? I mean, Rooms can't work without the Zoom app, it would seem. It is unclear if this is Meta's decision or Zoom's, but given that the app is set to be "removed" as opposed to simply becoming inoperable hints at Meta's hand. Is there nothing Zoom can do to talk them out of it? It's a 3rd party service, what does the hardware manufacturer care? Does Zoom have another hardware partner offering the same Zoom Rooms touchscreen functionality but who is more committed to their customer than Meta?

Hi, I hope some can help me.

 

I am trying to sign in to zoom room controller that I installed on to the CP965 using a configuration file found here: https://zoom.us/client/latest/zrc.apk

 

When I run the app it take me to a sign in screen with options to sign in using, email, SSO, google or facebook. However I am told by our admins that I need to sign in using an activation code which they have given me. The activation code has worked on the Zoom Rooms app installed on windows micro desktop and is shows me the the room the activation code refers to. But I just can find how I use the activation code through the ZRC app on the CP965.

 

I have already update the firmware with the certified custom firmware found here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360001299063-Zoom-Phone-Certified-Hardware#h_746bf277-ad09-4ebc-88f5-b1f76b859b9a

 

Some of the support articles I found on Zoom support also suggest that you can sign in using an activation code but again I cant fine this option. 

 

What am i doing wrong?

Resolved! Export the URL for Digital Signage for all rooms?

We publish a number of screenshots via URL to all our Zoom rooms.

Is there an option to export the list of rooms along with the displayed URL/s for each room?

Companion Zoom Rooms losing pairing

On 2 different Companion Zoom Rooms configurations, we have noticed that the paired Companion Zoom Room is losing its pairing, despite the setting on the host Zoom Room: Remain paired until manually unpaired.

 

Are there "sleep" settings, on the Companion Zoom Room or host Zoom Room, to be aware of that could be causing this issue?

 

The affected configurations are:

1. A Neat Board paired to an integrated room

2. A Logitech Rally Bar connected to a Samsung 75" touchscreen paired to an integrated room.

Please advise if any further details may be needed.

I've just signed up for a zoom room licence as I would like to set up a zoom room that is always on so that members in my membership can meet without me having to be there as a host. I can't seem to find the settings I need in room management for participants to be able to join and leave before the host. Or for a meeting to be always on. Can anyone assist. I've un toggled the waiting room setting.

Hello there,

does anyone know reliably, how many video signals can be connected to a Zoom PC (Dell) in order to provide online lessons to students (hybrid)? Particularly there are...

...two Poly e70 cameras, connected via USB-Extender,

...a teacher's notebook (over HDMI-USB capture card and subject to be connected and disconnected on a daily basis, since the teachers each bring their own device),

...a document camera (connected to the Dell Zoom-PC via Ethernet) and

...a whiteboard camera (also connected with the computer via Ethernet).

I can't seem to find a setting that would allow to always show the sharing key on the TVs. When we start a video feed the sharing code disappears and to bring it back up we need to press "share" on the control tablet (we don't have ultrasonic thing working unfortunately).
