Update available prompt won't actually update
Since version 6.2.0 the popup that prompts to install a newly available update on OSX doesn't actually allow updates. The "Update" button doesn't do anything

Hello, The microphone is not working in the Zoom room due to t the Microphone - Source is set to HDMI (USB Capture HDMI) The other options are NOTavailable to designate the Micorphone to the source. We use the logitech meet up in the zomm room Thank you

Are there any known issues in the current Zoom version, 6.1.5, regarding microphone audio working in a Teams meeting? In our client's zoom room everything works fine in a zoom meeting, however, in a Teams meeting joined from the room the microphone audio does not work. This is on a Crestron MX50-Z kit.

I understood that the primary host would be the one to operate the breakout rooms. Now, I have noticed that when I make someone a co-host in order that they can share their screen, it shows them the breakout popup with the list of participants and their room. It also stays on their screen until they close it. I want them to share their screen, but not to be involved in participant placement in the breakouts. Where can I change that?

To my knowledge, if I purchase the Pro plan, I won't get the Dashboard. Based on the article [https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0059258].
If I purchase Zoom Pro plan and more Zoom Room / Zoom Workspace Reservation plan, will I receive the workspace dashboard?

If a participant leaves a separate meeting room in the meantime and returns to the plenary room, I can no longer reassign the participant to the separate meeting room. I only see that the participant is 'not participating'. I cannot select this participant in the 'Add participants' text box because the participant does not appear there. The participant remains standing under the separate meeting room with the text 'not participating'. Previously, I could reassign a particpant without problems. What has changed in Zoom and how do I do this now? Or is this a bug? Only if the participant completely leaves the meeting and then logs in again, can I select the participant again under 'Add participants' and add them back to the breakout room.

Hi all, i am using VC system - Rally plus +Roomate(for zoom room) (updated) + Tap ip touch screen i followed this guide by all steps -Using Zoom Interop for Microsoft Teams in Zoom Rooms - Zoom Support and we get only the webex join option and icon on the controller screen. the roomate support zoom interop? what can be the reason we cant use it. i have checked firewall,mail firewall and the network and cant find any issue.

Is there a way to move a participant back into a breakout room after they have left that breakout room to go back to the main session? When a participant is moved back into the main session, there is no longer an option to move them to the breakout room.

Does anyone know of any details that can be set to configure Zoom Outlook Plugin to auto update?
I have a client that cannot remove the popup window for joining a breakout room without getting kicked out of the breakout room. She has tried the "got it", the x, and another way but every time she tries to close the window and chat with other participants in a breakout room she gets kicked out of the room. Any idea what setting needs to be adjusted?
