Zoom Room Controller - Microphone - Source - Disable, HDMI (USB Capture HDMI)

Hello, 

The microphone is not working in the Zoom room due to t the 

Microphone - Source is set to HDMI (USB Capture HDMI) 

The other options are NOTavailable to designate the Micorphone to the source. 

We use the logitech meet up in the zomm room

The Zoom Room only shows as options the devices that it detects.

I would recommend unplugging any extraneous devices or cables and see if the microphone is detected. If it is not, I would upgrade the Logi firmware, followed by the Zoom Room app. You may need to factory reset the Logi device. If it works, you can try plugging back anything else you unplugged and reconfigure as needed.

 

If it does not work, I would advise to reach out to Logitech Technical support.
