I changed the email on my Zoom account. When I schedule an invite it gets stuck in my Outlook outbox.

I changed the email on my Zoom account. When I schedule an invite it gets stuck in my Outlook outbox.
Anyone know how to turn this off? This "Time Left: 1092:00" started showing up on the Zoom room display. I can't find any room or controller settings that explain what this is or how to turn it off. It also doesn't go down in time. It shows up as 1092 for every meeting.

In my zoom room when I try to start an instant meeting a notice comes up saying the host has ended the meeting and the meeting will not start. The room can join other meetings and I can start a meeting from the share button.
We would like to automate our Zoom Rooms digital signage only install. It appears the Zooms Rooms msi won't accept token=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Is there either a way to tell this to the installer or push it into the machine registry after install?
Hola, tengo un problema. Hago las salas de zoom con total normalidad como anfitrión y luego llegan los demás CO - anfitriones. Pero a la hora que ya salgo del Zoom y asigno a alguien obviamente para que las salas sigan funcionando, pero mas bien se cierran. O los co- anfitriones pierden el estado de coanfitron y ya no tienen control de las salas. Requiero de ayuda urgente por que es mi trabajo.

We experience major issue with the whiteboard functionality in the latest zoomroom release 5.11.3. We are a Zoom partner and integrator building zoomrooms for education using a touch board (samsung Flip or Ctouch) to make annotations in the classroom and to share this content with remote participants/students. What we see is : 1. The functionality of the whiteboard is different when sharing the whiteboard in the zoomroom session compared to not sharing the whiteboard. When the whiteboard is not shared it is possible to move the content with a hand icon, to use additional forms, etc etc. When the teacher wants to share that board, some functions dissapear, there are less icons and less possibilities. THis is confusion. 2. When sharing a whiteboard that has been made on the touchboard, the whiteboard content magnifies and the teacher has to zoom out to see the picture previously made 3. When clicking on the pen symbol and writing on the touchboard it happens that the drawing is selected which prevents to continue to write. Clicking on the pen allows again to write until the selection is trigger again, spontaneous This behavior is not acceptable for our clients and we are considering to roll back to Release 5.10. Do you see similar behavior and will those issues be resolved in the next release, hopefully coming soon

We recently switched our on-prem Exchange server to Exchange 365. Since then, our Polycom Studio X50 keeps trying to connect to our old mail server. I tried factory resetting and re-enrolling the device into one of our Zoom rooms which didn't help. Where can I make the server change in the admin console?

We have zoom rooms at two campuses. An instructor has set up their zoom meeting and scheduled it so it will automatically start. The zoom meeting does put participants into a waiting room. The meeting is between two zoom rooms on both campuses, and occassional students who need to connect from home. The instructor has been in a position on several occassions where the remote non-instructor zoom room site will be required to admit the instructor and the participants in the room with them and their site. Both campuses are set to permit the zoom rooms to co-host meetings. this is the one instance where the instructor is instructing from Site B to Site A, rather than vice versa, and that is immediately after a class teaching from Site A to a different zoom room at Site B.

I have reset this function in all hierarchy levels (floor, building, city and country), it means the account setting should affect all rooms.
In some rooms this function is not active and cannot be changed.
Hi. I'm trying to help out with getting a display up on our TV using the Zoom app but nothing is appearing when we open the Zoom Rooms program on Windows and connect using the Zoom Controller app. On the Zoom portal we have created a room and linked content that we want to display to that room. However, when we enter the pairing code on the controller app the TV just shows the Zoom start page. Is there another code that we need to enter to link the content setup on the portal with the Zoom Rooms program running on our TV?
