Zoom breakout rooms

I have enabled zoom breakout rooms however I cannot see the icon.I have uninstalled and reinstalled as well

We have a mix of Pro and Basic accounts and are trialing a Zoom Room. If a Basic user creates a meeting and invites the Zoom room, are they still limited to a 40 minute meeting? I suspect the answer is yes, but I wasn't sure if the Zoom Room changes ...
