Resolved! How to turn Zoom Room into Personal Room
How would I be able to turn a Zoom Room into a personal room for a user? I would like the user to sign into the Neat pad and be able to see their calendar integrated on the neat pad if possible.

Invisible participants
Hello! We have some amount of Zoom Rooms in our company and wants to allow some users to be "invisible participants". And allow such users to connect to any of ours Zoom Rooms without any information to participants (even owners) of meeting. Looks like it is nice feature for security officers, HRs, system and network administrators and so on. Is it possible? Thank you.

Can I use the Amazon Fire HD 8 as a Zoom Controller?
Hi all,
I have purchased an Amazon Fire HD 8 with intention of using it as a Zoom Controller, but cant seem to find the zoom controller app in the Amazon App Store.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Disable "Reserve" button on iPad Zoom Room Scheduler
At my facility, we have iPad minis mounted in MagTarget enclosures mounted outside the Zoom rooms that display what meetings are scheduled in its respective room for the day. Reservations for the Zoom rooms are done via Outlook. Also, each iPad Zoom room scheduler allow users to reserve its respective Zoom room for an ad-hoc meeting when the Zoom room is available. My question is as follows: Is there a way to disable the "Reserve" option on the iPad Zoom room scheduler so that one could not reserve its respective Zoom room using that device? I tried looking in the Zoom admin portal for that option, and I don't believe I was able to find where the "reserve the room on the scheduler" option could be turned off. Basically, I would want the ability to make the Zoom Room scheduler show only the meetings reserved via Outlook. Thank you.

Bonjour, J'ai souscris un abonnement zoom one pro et il nous est impossible de partager plusieurs écrans en même temps. J'ai bien activé la possibilité pour tous les participants de pouvoir partager mais rien n'y fait, je suis obligée d'arrêter mon partage pour que quelqu'un d'autre partage le sien.... les autres participants aussi doivent payer un abonnement pour que ça marche ? Resolved! Avaya XT5000 does not play received audio from zoom room meeting
As of yesterday, all of my Avaya XT5000 conference systems cannot receive audio from meetings. It can and will broadcast audio as I have joined the meeting from either a Windows Client or iOS client and both can 'hear' audio coming from my Avaya XT5000 devices but the Avaya devices cannot 'hear' anything coming from other joined clients. I've verified that no mics are muted and no audio is muted either in the hardware or on the displays they are connected to. Nothing in my environment has changed either on the network side nor on the hardware side. Anyone else seeing this issue?

Digital Signage Only
Good Day - I'm sure that I have overlooked something but I can not seem to find the answer in Support or the Community Forums. I'm interested in the Digital Signage capabilities but when I attempt to create a Digital Signage Only room type, it is not an option. (see below) Do I first have to create a Zoom Room or is there something in the settings I've overlooked? Many Thanks
