The zoom app on my phone does not work well with call queues. When a call comes into the company's main line and is trasferred to the line I answer, if I have the zoom app enabled on my cell phone instead of answering via the Zoom workplace desktop, there are many issues, including call failure. I enabled Zoom app in my phone settings,and installed the app on my phone and update accordingly. Has anyone else had issues?

Hello, I have a few users that save a contact from a previous call or text as a personal contact. The personal contact is showing under the contacts tab, but if we navigate back to the previous call log or sms thread it still just shows the 10 digit number. I tried closing and reopening the app, confirmed it's updaed.

I have Yealinks desk phones assigned to all my users in HQ. I have not seen a pattern, such as every night or every 4 days or anything. It's random and not all phones, and not consistently the same phone. In HQ I have a mix of T43U and T54W.
We set up Sequential Call Park buttons because we get a lot of calls into the operator who parks the caller on one of 6 buttons, then pages the department to pick up the call on Park 1, Park 2.... Park 6.
I have similar setups in seven or eight small stores with 6-8 phones and three Park buttons and have not had problems with this. In HQ, however, we come in to office in the morning and the park buttons are normally lit green if available or red if someone is parked there, the lights will be out. If we see the lights out, we know the buttons will not work to park a call. I have to send a reboot comm and to the phone, and then it comes back on and the lights are lit and all is well.
It happens to both phone models.
I am even wondering if I could initiate a workaround such as a nightly reboot at 5 AM or something until I get this figured out. Anyone know if that is possible?

Hello. I am trying to get started with Zoom Phone. I have the Unlimited Calling Plan. I can receive calls but cannot make calls. It tells me, "Sorry, we cannot complete your call. Your service plan does not support calling this destination." Is there a setting I need to change, or what?

The ability to show the original caller's number would solve all sorts of problems. As it stands, we lost functionality when moving to Zoom phone. From what I can tell, this is a gap in internet phone offerings. Zoom be the technology leader!
Looking for the steps to expand buttons on Poly VVX450 phone from 12 buttons to 48 buttons.
Hello. I am trying to bulk add speed dials for all my phones. I located Phone System Mgmt > Users & Rooms > Import > Add Key & Positions and successfully uploaded a CSV with the desired speed dial assignments. But they are not transferring to the phones and I am not sure what steps to take next. The instructions seem to imply they should just appear, but they are not. The phones are Yealink T46S with updated firmware. Thank you!
