I have tried calling sales.....says office is closed it's the weekend. Yet it's only Friday. I tried contacting technical support and the message said I don't have that with my current plan Zoom One Pro. What are the steps to getting some technical support I purchased the plan and phone but have not been assigned a phone number? They are saying none available for the entire Province of BC, Canada. Help please.

Our office has been using the Zoom Phone App since last summer.  A few weeks ago, one of my colleagues realized her text messaging with external stakeholders stopped working.  We checked and found that only two in the office are experiencing this.  We put in a ticket and have done all of the troubleshooting the Zoom Technical Support team rep has suggested.  Unfortunately, our communications have been via email for two weeks and is getting us nowhere.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  I want to escalate this up the ladder.

Delay in IVR Menu

Recently, we had someone mention that our dial-by-name wasn’t working. Upon testing it (we use ‘Press 8’), I would press 8 and then the 3 numbers corresponding to the user I wanted to call, but it would immediately tell me it was an invalid entry. Wh... Show more

Recently, we had someone mention that our dial-by-name wasn’t working. Upon testing it (we use ‘Press 8’), I would press 8 and then the 3 numbers corresponding to the user I wanted to call, but it would immediately tell me it was an invalid entry. While digging in, I found that after pressing 8, I would have to wait 2-3 seconds before the next prompt played telling me what to do to reach a user. Here’s my question; is there a way to remove that delay and make it instant? It does it on all our IVR options, it’s just more noticeable on the dial-by-name option because the caller has to input more information.

Zoom Numbers for India

I have read the news that Zoom got license to operate in India, Is there any timeline does Zoom have to port India DID numbers BYOC towards cloud and again does it means it can run without any SBC?

 

Can someone shed some insights on this?

Resolved! Polycom SoundStation IP 6000 - not able to factory reset

I am having issues factory resetting a couple of Polycom Soundsation IP 6000When trying to reset with the IP address: it states "Page not found" One that we did factory reset keeps looping & restarting. Does anyone have any input? Thanks, nla Show more

Zoom Call Me Function Audio issues

Both using VOIP phones and cellular phones for the "Call Me" functionality zoom cloud meetings audio are very poor quality and cutting out in audio. When using computer audio or calling into the meeting however all audio is working fine.

Avoid waiting room for a specific contact

How to add Account Name in contact/lead search bar in Salesforce Zoom Phone Widget?

The current Salesforce Zoom Phone Widget's contact/lead search bar lacks the ability to display Account Name. This creates challenges when identifying the correct contact or lead due to potential duplicate records assigned to separate accounts.
