This morning Vimeo on my iPhone has decided to stop uploading videos from the phone. Whenever I try I get the message 'Error - Something strange occured. Please try again' - I have tried several times but does the same, Any ideas how to fix?
Hi We'd like a deskphone for use in a backroom ... to hear an incoming call and take the call from the front room (where the PC is located). Zoom documentation states that common area phone limitations include Call handling rules based on business, closed, or holiday hours. If you require one of these features, consider using one of these workarounds: We've not yet bought the desk phone. Is it easy for users to log in and out of deskphones? Would logging out of the deskphone also log the user out of their PC zoom app login? Complicated!!!! Thank you for any advice or suggestions. Richard

We are currently using a Cisco ISR router to translate all private IP addressing for internet bound traffic. We also have a Fortinet firewall in place as well. The firewall rules/ports documentation Zoom support provides is not enough because we are getting one-way audio issues with our test Polycom phone. Does any one have any insight on how to make it functional?

How do I use the "Notify me when available" feature on a hard-phone like a poly v v x 250 ?
Hello, I'm a Zoom phone pro user, i have i small company of just 2 people (it's a medical office). I find totally unecessary that end users have to choose to "listen the message", "save the message" or "record another message" after already has recorded a message... Also because, once i use the system in Italian, i find very annoying the male voice used (i find it totally aggressive, not adapted to a healthcare context). Is there any possibility of deleting this last choice for end users or at least change the message or the voice used for this? Thank you,

Hello, I have several users reporting a code 4102503 when trying to make outgoing calls. They can received incoming calls and also voicemails show up in their Inbox. The laptops are definitely connected to the internet. Thanks

I am looking for document isn't it necessary to claim domain while turning on Zoom BYOC just like we it for Microsoft Teams direct routing. Looking for a good document to start with.
Hi All Is there anyway to configure how unassigned numbers are treated? Ideally i want unassigned numbers for a particular site to route the the auto-receptionist of that site, however this does not seem to be possible. Alternatively i cant find any settings or articles on how to add like a audio prompt or anything that will change the current behaviour of the call just dropping in the event a user calls a unassigned number. Thoughts anyone?? Many Thanks Jason

Incoming calls on Zoom Phone in Canada are not displaying Caller ID Name in most instances for incoming calls from Canadian numbers. CNAM works differently in Canada and is transmitted with the call instead of a CNAM database lookup. Any other Canadian users experiencing issues with incoming CNAM from domestic numbers?
