On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Does Shared Line Group support concurrent calls?

Hey, @rzugs,

I don’t personally use a shared line group, but use Zoom Phone in my small consulting practice.

Check out this Zoom Support article on Shared Line Groups:

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360038850792-Setting-up-shared-line-groups

It mentions a limit of 4 calls — but that  would seem to be only applicable only to calls coming in to the Shared Line Group’s phone number. Since each member of the group also has their own personal phone number, I’d think they could call out and receive calls on those numbers with no issues.

Is that what you were looking for?

Is there a special reason you’re using a Shared Line Group instead of a Call Queue?
