Hello, We have 3 Zoom power pack users, but one of them does not have the widget for Zoom assistant when they log in to their Zoom app. I checked that the toggle is on and running the latest version (5.14.0)

Yes, we do have power pack license. The zoom assistant is critical for our CS reps. Tried uninstall and reinstall, no dice.

I restarted Zoom, logged out, logged back in, restarted computer, still not there.
