I run reports from polls that I have been completed during training. Some of these download fine and others fail to generate. Does anyone know why this might be? The process is: Account Management, Reportings, Meeting , Poll Report. I then choose the dates. This brings up the list of trainings completed during that period. Some generate fine and I am able to download the report. Others have the name and download greyed out and I am not able to download the report.

Something is blocking me from scheduling a meeting. I set it up and hit save and get the message "Something went wrong. Please reload this page." I have tried multiple times on Chrome and Edge browsers. I have turned off Windows Defender Firewall to see if I had changed something there. Have never had an issue prior to this. Works fine on my desktop at the office. Only is happening on my home computer. Certainly a software issue. Ideas?

I'm trying, as host, to post a chat so it appears in all the breakout rooms simultaneously. Seems a simple ask! The broadcast message only stays up for 5 seconds, which is not long enough for the people I work with. A voice broadcast interrupts their conversation. I tried a shared whiteboard but that didn't work either. Please help!

I have uninstalled both the camera option (Snap & Xpression) but they still show in the drop-down list. Does anyone have info on how to remove these cameras from the drop-down list? #curious

Hello! Our organization recently migrated from GotoMeeting to Zoom; still trying to figure out all the settings. I prefer joining Zoom meetings using my phone for audio instead of my computer mic/speakers (I like to pace) while I connect to the video with my computer as normal. I've found that depending on which colleague's meeting I'm joining, when I dial in (or have Zoom dial me) sometimes Zoom will prompt me to record my name, then hit #, other times it won't and simply says "You are in the meeting now". Where is this toggle setting located? My preference is it NOT prompt me for my name. I don't like saying my name, and usually skip it pressing #. The other meeting goers already see my name, picture or video, having an audio intro is redundant. It's also obnoxious when you're already in a meeting and you hear "_ has joined the meeting" instead of the usual doorbell. Not sure why phone audio folks have different functionality than computer mic/speakers. I get that if you are ONLY dialing in via phone, an audio intro makes sense. But can we turn it off for those of us that join meetings with two devices? Thanks! -Casey

I have a recurring meeting scheduled through outlook that has a zoom link. I need to edit the invitees to the meeting but cannot. When I try to change the meeting guests, a pop-up occurs saying "You are not the host of the meeting". I signed into the zoom meeting and under my profile, it says: host, me. So it does appear there is someone else identified as the host even though I set up the meeting originally. Now I cannot even cancel or change the Outlook meeting because it says I'm not the host. I'm stuck in a repeating loop with the error message. I'm working on a Dell computer using Microsoft 365 for business Outlook Version 2401 (?). I'm using a paid version of zoom through my company. I've read through the other posts and online content but don't see this issue addressed.

Hi, I just tried to pass on host to another at the start of the meeting. When I hover over participants name and click on MORE it only gives me the option of PIN and CHAT. The Co-Host tab is switched on in settings and had no problems in a previous meeting. What am I missing ?

Hi All, I want only selected panels of speakers on the Zoom platform like on the spotlight with the rest of the participants they can turn the camera on but they can't unmute. This is for church service, and we want to avoid maximum disruptions in the service. Many thanks for the help
