Zoom Workplace Not Sending Email Invites
I'm surprised to learn Zoom Workplace app does not automatically send email invites. When you add emails creating a meeting, nothing is sent??! You have to manually send.

I was wondering if there is a way to download a zoom meeting recording whilst keeping the subtitles, as atm they disappear on the recording?

I've had a reoccurring problem. When I send an existing meeting link/ID via a calendar invite, it creates a second meeting with the same Meeting ID and will change the existing meeting ID to whatever i've typed into the outlook subject line. It came to a head when we had a forum and people were apparently sat in the waiting room but I couldn't see them. I had to ask them to close the meeting and reopen the zoom again and then they were brought into the room I was in. In my browser, it will show the same meeting 3x in a row, when you open it shows as reoccurring and will have my invite in the attendees list. (same meeting ID) Is there a solution? I don't want to unlink my calendar but I may have to if it continues?

How do account members see the meetings on the account owner's dashboard? Is there a way to share as we work on the same meetings together? I need access to change/update things.
I feel like I'm missing something, but to get my personal zoom link I have to login, go to my profile, un-hide the link, highlight, copy and paste to start a mtg. Please tell me there's a more efficient way to navigate.
I used to be able to view all upcoming meetings on my home screen, but now I can only see them day by day and have to manually go to that particular day.
I want to be able to see my upcoming meetings at a glance, how do I get back to that?

I'm a TA at a university and we're using Canvas to host the class and classes will very virtual on zoom through Canvas. All semester I haven't been able to connect to zoom. I get error code 2216. I thought it was because I didn't have a university email address but now I do and have added it to my Canvas profile and made it my primary. But I'm still getting the error. Any ideas of how to fix this? I'm trying to get this resolved as soon as possible as the next semester will be starting soon

My God guys - EVERYONE ABSOLUTELY HATES this "feature." If we want to pull our hand down, we can do it ourselves. Get rid of this PLEASE - or at least implement a way to turn it off. There is nothing more infuriating than waiting to comment in a Zoom meeting for 15 min. and then finding your hand has been dropped because you told your dog to lay down or something.

I have 3 meetings which are recurring and they show up in Meetings under Recurring in my paid account, but nowhere can I find the links to the meetings. You used to be to able to copy an invitation. I need to be able to do this because I don't always have access to email accounts with my clients and often share access via a message thread. Where are the meeting links? Thx.

Hi, does anyone have any idea why my zoom crashes mid meeting and causes my computer to blue screen? It has happened the last 3 times I have been hosting meetings. Not only is it embarrassing but it takes about 10 mins to get back online. I have had hardware checked and apparently ok. My laptop is only 6 months old, I upgraded specifically so I wouldn't have zoom issues. It is a HP but zoom keeps failing. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have updated Logitech webcam software, I don't have anything else running when I am online, and still after about 10 minutes each time it gives my computer a blue screen. Any assistance, tips, ideas to try or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
