Several others have posted about this but there have been no replies yet so I'm boosting here!

Trying to use virtual background using a Keynote slideshow; I have Keynote installed of course, that's how I'm playing it.

When I try to use the advanced feature, I get the error message (see screenshot) that "Unable to load XYZ.key because Keynote is not installed."

I tried with a .ppt file and same error message for "Powerpoint is not installed."

I tried to see if Zoom has an app for Powerpoint or Keynote; they do not.

Others are using this great feature, and I'd love to, but am stuck.

(I uninstalled, fully, the Zoom app and reinstalled; same issue)

(Computer and Zoom all 100% up to date)

I accidentally clicked on stop converting button after ending the meeting

I accidentally clicked on stop converting button after ending the meeting. Now I see partially converted mp4, mpa and recording.conf file in the folder for yesterday's meeting. Is there a way I can recover the full recording at this point? Please hel... Show more

Hello - started running into an issue a few weeks ago, where meeting invitees were seeing a "host has another meeting in progress" when clicking on the meeting invite link.

 

I had been using the link for years with no issues, but now am unable to do so. Others on my team have run into the same issue. Once I start the meeting, I can share the meeting specific link with password embedded in URL, but that appears to change per meeting, so I can't share it in advance of a call. Please help!

 

I just ran a quick test on my own, by starting the meeting with the link from my zoom profile. Then clicking that link on my phone - same result.

Hey guys!

 

We have been having some issues since updating our ChromeOS users to the PWA version of zoom. We frequently get audio being dropped, or becoming scratchy and static filled. This is very specifically happening on our Acer C934 and 513 Spin chromebooks. Additionally, we get a few talks about video being cut out, users disappearing, etc, although these are far less common than the audio issues.

 

Does anyone have this issues occuring for them? Does anyone know of any fixes? I tried the android app for zoom, but apparently our devices don't support it.

Blocked audio and update problems

Zoom has started blocking my audio- actually, it turns on for a minute, then says that the browser is blocking audio, and explains how to unblock it (but that does nothing, but perhaps turn it on again, for a minute, before blocking it again.  Have tries two browsers, this happens in both- Microsoft and Chrome.)

  Zoom keeps saying that an update us required, as well.  It took some time to finally locate an update page, and the update link only seems to attempt to open a meeting, and give another notice, that an update us needed.  (everything worked fine, until this present update.)

So...how does one get Windows 10 to stop blocking audio, during a Zoom meeting?

And how does one get a real zoom update to download, and install? (If one is required, as the pop-up box says.)

 

Note: The Zoom update prompt started a while ago.  The blocked audio, during a Zoom meeting, just started, the other day.- and is a REAL problem!"

Starting today, I am experiencing a situation that never happened before. After a 40 minutes meeting session, when I try to reconnect, I'm told to wait 10 minutes before being able to reconnect.

 

Is this a new (unexpected) feature of Zoom Meetings, or was it some kind of error?

[Feature request] Audible message "Yes, we can see your screen"

"Can you see my screen?" -- I hear this question multiple times per day. It's becoming annoying. Perhaps because 100% of the time, the answer is Yes. Can we have an automatic voice message that says, "We can now see your screen, !" when someone start... Show more

Can we have an automatic voice message that says, "We can now see your screen, <username>!" when someone starts a screen share, and it's not a blank screen, please?
