2 Licenses 2 Zoom IDs and Passwords?

For a non-profit Zoom Pro account with a single license has a Zoom ID and password.  If I add a 2nd license, does that generate a 2nd and different Zoom ID and password?

If I accept someone else's zoom meeting, unless it is on my calendar, I can't get any information on the meeting: length of time, who connected with, etc.  For billing clients this is a real nightmare.

If someone outside my network calls from their Zoom phone can converts the call to a meeting or invites me via phone call, I don't have a record of it in my meetings or in my phone calls.

Is there a tool anyone is using that tracks this?

I have zoom phone and Zoom meetings.  Device: Zoom client on Windows 11 PC

Thanks,

Hi there,

But, in windows and mac there is a option to hide the zoom floating panel. Is there any way to hide the zoom floating panel while sharing the screen in Ubuntu.

Cloud Recording for Host View vs Local Recording With Interpretation

I have always been under the impression that the Host view and language setting is what the Cloud recording captures for whatever account login is used for the Host but it seems I may be mistaken. In my most recent session, my cloud recording  audio was English and my slide view (with me as host sharing English) recorded as Spanish. Here was my setup:

I broadcast using 3 separate computers and have separate assistants login on different accounts as Participants with corresponding slides and languages. Students (Participants) then choose their appropriate view and language:

A) Me = Host = English Slides, my Host screen is shared, Interpretation in English

B) Assistant 1 on remote computer, Participant Mode, (records locally)= shares Spanish deck, screen views in Spanish View, Spanish Interpretation Channel Audio

C) Assistant 2 on remote computer, Participant Mode, (records locally)= Shares Portuguese Slides, Portuguese View, Active Speaker View, Portuguese Interpretation Channel.

Can anyone spot the error? My account cloud recording came back as the correct active speaker spotlight BUT the Spanish view and English audio (so I had to edit 90 mins of view and lost my active speaker view). I cannot see any where in my meeting controls where I could have broadcast a different screen view when I was viewing my own English slides and the participants never called out I was displaying the wrong slides. Totally perplexed!

Secondly, I always try to initiate the cloud recording first (since it is my master recording to share) before I allow any local recorders to initiate. Is the cloud recording the "master" or do any local recordings trump it in the account recording file? Or, if anyone else in the org uses the same account login, would that affect it?

I need to sort this and make it a SOP for our team manual...and we may be adding a 4th language/view soon! Thanks for any advice!

In Zoom, I mostly use it to give presentations, with PowerPoint and live browser demonstrations to teach people how to perform certain tasks.  I can't get rid of the meeting controls as they keep returning, as I've discovered, when I hit the Esc key.  For example, I use Esc in many Windows applications (e.g., MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and I use VI in Cygwin.  It is very disruptive to the presentation, and the meeting controls screw up the recording of the meeting as the image gets corrupted.  The existing Ctrl-Alt-Shift-H is good for toggling meeting controls, as I don't use that sequence anywhere else.

However, the Esc hotkey needs to be turned off.  Ditto for Alt, too, as Alt by itself is not a key sequence for typing by itself, just as Shift is not a key sequence for typing by itself.

HOW DO I DISABLE THE ESC HOTKEY? And, if it doesn't exist already, please implement this immediately!!!

Error Codes: None

Device Type: Windows

Zoom Version: 5.16.10 (26186)

Troubleshooting: Reviewed support articles, reviewed settings and hotkey settings.

I wonder why there isn't an option to make the floating control Vertical and I can dock it against the left or right edge of the screen which is less frequently used.

Resolved! Why is the meeting link in the invitation email not clickable in Hotmail?

I sent two test invitations to myself.  The one in Hotmail is not clickable, but the one in Gmail is.  I've received invitations via Hotmail before that have been clickable.

Thank you!
