During regular meetings (usually 60-150 attendees) we hold, all participants are required to have their camera on so that a co-host can continually see them and confirm continued attendance. This means that every participant can see every other participant's camera image. Several attendees at our meetings have expressed, for personal reasons, concerns about every other participant (outside of a host or co-host) being able to see them. Is there a way to configure Zoom so that a particular participant, or several, only has their camera image visible to a host or co-host, and not by others in the meeting? Focus mode seems to provide this option for all participants, but not for selective participants. Spotlighting doesn't solve this issue because it only allows up to 9 participants to be spotlighted. What we are seeking is to selectively "hide" the camera view of several participants from all participants who are not hosts or co-hosts of the meeting. Any help would be appreciated.

How to preset all alternative hosts to be able to download my cloud recordings?

Changing the share download settings for each recording isn't ideal because our team operates across different time zones, and it slows down the process...

I think I was connected 'using the computer audio'

Sending BCC invites

can you send invites to a large group but sending it out as a blind CC so the recipient only sees their info and none of the other attendees. Is this possible?

Hi there, I have zoom meeting links on my website linked to text. for example REGISTER HERE when clicked on will take you to the zoom meeting registration. All work fine.

When I copy and paste them from the website and send them in an email (MacMail), they paste in the same format, get sent and arrive in the recipient's inbox in the same format and again all work fine.

BUT!!!

When my boss does the same, from Outlook, although it pastes in the the same format , the recipient receives the entire long link except that the last two characters from the link are on a different line and are not in blue or underlined. Once you click on the link, it of course takes you to a 404. I've included a screenshot of what we see. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I would really appreciate some help with this. It's driving us mad. Thank you!

Zoom black screen

My camera works on the computer camera app but shows a black screen while in zoom meetings. It used to work so not sure why it changed. I have checked the camera settings to allow zoom to access and it shows to be on. Not sure what else to do.
