I am receiving generic error message while opening zoom meeting.

 

"Update required.

You must update to the latest version of zoom to join this meeting. Contact your IT admin to update."

 

I am admin. I have deinstalled and installed latest version but still getting the same error. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Часто зум свернут и идет работа, из-за этого мы в нашем отделе не всегда видим, что зашел посторонний человек в сессионный зал. нам было бы проще, если бы Zoom выдавал звуковое уведомление о входе нового участника в сессионный зал. Очень прошу, Zoom, сделайте это!

Find recording Problem

Why is zoom automatically recording ALL of my meetings now?

I am having a free workshop on zoom later in September. As I was setting this up in zoom with all info-date-etc, I chose to have this workshop recorded & stored to the cloud so I can provide a replay. 

However, now every time I open zoom for any reason it is automatically recording every call to the cloud.  I have looked in my general recording settings and this is turned OFF - the only place recording is turned on is for the specific meeting I scheduled above. 

This has never happened to me before. Advice?

Transcription

My meetings have been mostly in two languages (English and Indonesian). I would like to get help on how to change the transcription from English to Indonesian.

Zoom Rooms being released before meetings with Google Calendar

We have noticed a few rooms declining meetings last minute or after the accepted invite. We have them using google calendar built in resources. The exempt from room release is off. Has anyone experienced similar? If so, got a fix?

Unable to find Cloud Recording

Hi. I recorded my zoom meeting on cloud but it is not showing up under My Recordings.

 

Any idea what happened to the recording?
