I am writing to inquire about old recordings not being displayed during a period when we had a paid membership.

 

These videos hold significant importance, as they contain irreplaceable content. Given their value, I am understandably concerned about their apparent disappearance.

 

Your guidance and support in retrieving these videos would be immensely appreciated, as it would not only resolve my current concern but also reinforce my trust in Zoom as a reliable platform.

I have a question about the Zoom Dashboard.

I would like to view a bar chart in the Zoom Dashboard in JST(Japan Standard Time) instead of UTC.

Is there any way to disable the upgrade prompt in the Linux client? When a new release is available directly from the Zoom website a prompt is displayed in the client saying "A new version is available! Update"

 

Our users all use Ubuntu 22.04 and have Zoom installed from the Ubuntu repository through the package manager.

 

If users click on the prompt within Zoom they can select their Linux type and download the new release from the Zoom website.

 

When they install the .deb file they have downloaded from the Zoom website a second version of Zoom is installed alongside the existing one.

 

Is there any way to disable the upgrade prompt from within our account settings?

Conversion stops at 13% with no error??

I have a meeting that was recorded. When the meeting was ended, it tried to convert, but it just stopped at 13%, and the conversion window closed on its own. Nothing I have tried has solved it, it always stops at 13%, even the whole start-a-new-meeti... Show more

I have a meeting that was recorded. When the meeting was ended, it tried to convert, but it just stopped at 13%, and the conversion window closed on its own. Nothing I have tried has solved it, it always stops at 13%, even the whole start-a-new-meeting-copy-the-files trick. I tried copying the files to another PC and converting them there, same deal. Is there any way to fix this when the Zoom conversion window itself is just closing (without any error)? I didn't find anything in my searching.

 

This meeting was recorded a couple days ago, using the free Zoom plan. If I were to pay for Pro now, I assume that would not help me? I am asking because I thought there might be a tiny chance that Zoom records all meetings and makes them available if you sign up...

Recordings show all participants...I want only the host to be seen.

Hello

I am having issues with recordings showing all participants in the meeting.

I do need to see them all during the meeting, but only want me (host) showing in the recording.

Focus mode is turned on - what am I doing incorrectly?

Es importante porque quiero recuperar esa BBDD para poder enviar agradecimientos a los asistentes. como puedo hacer para descargar un CSV con los datos que solicite?

Эта проблема не позволяет мне комфортно работать. А вот с проводными наушниками такой проблемы нет. Что я должен делать? У меня уже было 2 нервных срыва.

I know other users have shared this problem, but Zoom has yet to provide a solution so seeing if there are any updates.

 

Sometimes when editing an Outlook meeting that has zoom meeting information added via the Zoom Outlook Plugin, a popup appears indicating that the "event description will be replaced with the Zoom default invitation." Effectively, by using the Zoom plugin I no longer have the option to provide any informative meeting info in meeting invites, which is ridiculous. Even more problematically, sometimes this overrides Outlook's ability to give me the option or not whether to send and update to invitees, and automatically sends a meeting update to all invitees. This is completely unacceptable. 

 

Zoom Support People: please prioritize providing a solution to this problem.

error code 100035000

error code 100035000. Couldn't get on 3 Zooms. No info on that error code. Others have asked.  Option to join with browser, whatever that means.
