Virtual Background not working, even though enabled

This has always worked on Zoom for me. Logged in today, and it says, "Virtual Background has been disabled, go to Meeting Settings".I went to meeting setting and enabled it, but I still receive the same message that it is disabled.Please help! (Pics ...
