Hello to all, I'd like to ask you for some help:

Typically, as a host, I like to use a headset for Zoom calls. That works fine - except: when I want to present e.g. a YouTube video, then I do only get the video information, but without the audio.

It's obvious that this is not a practical way.

But as soon as I switch off the headphone , i.e. using the (quite lousy) acoustics in my office, the audio catches in. But it seems, that the micro of my external camera does simply transmit the audio here in the office, means, that the audio is taken to the Zoom call via the output of the speakers.

I would expect that the audio signal would be transmitted to the Zoom call "internally".

Please, what do I need to do for having the full YouTube clip as a shared resource whilst using my headset?

I am trying to use a wireless microphone system as my mic for Zoom meeting. First, I connected wireless microphone with a USB adaptor, and then plugged it into a USB port, when I change the setting of Microphone on Zoom audio, the computer detected the USB port, however simply does not play the sound. Can someone kindly help me out? Thanks in advance.

My question is simple - if one of my work accounts upgrades to pro and we are allowed 1-9 users, do those users get individual meeting id's and can they be in 2 different meetings at the same time? we only need 2 users but they need to run separate meetings at the same time. I only need local recording, most of the meetings would be maybe 1 or 2 invitees in a meeting. we don't need most of the features in pro, just more than i user and the ability to run close to 40 minutes without nag screen on  new meeting right away. (a 32 minute meeting gives us a 9 minute hold window if we try to start a new meeting within those 9 minutes. Any help would be appreciated. I searched for simultaneous users in the help section and got one user signing on to multiple devices at the same time. I'm looking for 2 users signing on to different meetings at the same time. 

Hi all, I'm part of a volunteer team of experienced Zoom hosts running a daily online meeting (@150-200 attendees).  Given the meeting size, for most of the meeting people are muted as standard with co-hosts unmuting them when they want to speak.  A few times recently we seem to have everyone in the meeting being asked to unmute when the host has not changed the security settings (I'm not sure which setting would prompt a general ask-to-unmute anyway).  We are genuinely not sure whether we have a too enthusiastic co-host or whether there is a glitch in our system.  Has anyone else experienced such a glitch and do you have any recommendations before we start clamping down on co-hosts?  Thank you

Just recently configured Pexip SIP CVI for MS Teams meeting join from Zoom Rooms. Getting a weird experience where at outbound audio can be heard within the Teams meeting, but Teams participants can’t be heard within the ZR. Bidirectional video is outstanding, outbound audio from ZR into Teams meeting outstanding, inbound audio from Teams meeting doesn’t exist. 

Logitech RallyBar Mini, no additional peripherals beyond a Tap IP. 

Anybody have a similar experience?

Ola, fiz uma reunião, selecionei a opção de gravação automática, e coloquei para gravação nesse computador, porem ao acessar o meu painel, não encontrei uma reunião gravada no meu computador. Há alguma forma de eu achar essa reunião gravada, uma vez que não encontrei no meu computador?

I'm trying to set up my account and chose a profile picture I would like, but when I hit "save" it just saves the top of my head in the picture and cuts my face out. I kept trying it over and over and can't find a solution. I would move the cursor around to center it on my picture but it still just shows the top of my head. I even placed the center of it below my face and then it captured whatever was to the right of the picture. Can you please help? I'm setting this up on my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE. Thank you!
