On 3 September 2024, I recorded a very important Zoom meeting. I clicked "save locally" and checked various times throughout the meeting that the call was indeed being recorded. On finishing the call, no files turned up in the relevant Zoom folder on my computer, and have not turned dup anywhere, on my computer or the guests, nor on the cloud.

How can I retrieve the missing files? Does Zoom archive recordings?

accepted meeting email

When I send an invite for a new zoom meeting, the invite comes from my gmail address which is correct, but the acceptance or rejection to that invite goes to a former work email address that is no longer valid. I need the invitation and reply to both... Show more

When I send an invite for a new zoom meeting, the invite comes from my gmail address which is correct, but the acceptance or rejection to that invite goes to a former work email address that is no longer valid.  I need the invitation and reply to both use the gmail address.  how do I change that?

Fail to get 720p with a Pro plan

I am on a Pro plan and meet the bandwidth and hardware requirements, but I never get 720p on a 1:1 call or group call. The video resolution in statistics alsways shows 640x360.I have at least 20 Mbps uplink/downlink. My camera is 720p. I paid for pro... Show more

I am on a Pro plan and meet the bandwidth and hardware requirements, but I never get 720p on a 1:1 call or group call. The video resolution in statistics alsways shows 640x360.

I have at least 20 Mbps uplink/downlink. My camera is 720p. I paid for pro plan but didn't know how to make sure the feature has been enabled by support on the backend. What shall I do?

My video started lagging by 3 seconds fairly recently. It'd been fine before that. I haven't downloaded any new apps or programs since well before this started. I've tried all the fixes one can find on Google for this issue and nothing seems to be working. I need Zoom on a daily basis for work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Resolved! Co-host doesn't have the "Record" button in the Breakout Room

One of the co-hosts has changed to a new laptop and do not have the "Record" button in the Breakout Room. This co-host is using Zoom App. It was working previously with the "Record" button in the co-host's old laptop's Zoom App, but now the "Record" button is not showing in the new and old laptop's Zoom App. Other co-hosts do not have problem with the "Record" button in their Breakout Rooms.

Resolved! Upgrade Zoom Pro Account with latest Zoom Software

Currently have Zoom Workplace Pro which renews in 2025.  Version 5.15.5 (19404)

I am being told I must have version 5.16.6 to sign in.  I see no way to update my version.

What do I do?

I have no idea how to say this. but i saw it on someone's zoom and i want to figure out how to do it., I schedule meetings all day, and most of the time, I am ok with name, email number, and all of that stuff. but when I have a trainee who is doing the same stuff, and instead of a scheduled meeting, they want to do it right now. I saw a link that I clicked on, and it went to a page and said for an instant meeting, click here, and it put you in the room. What is that called? how do i do it?

I want to know how can I allow the alternative host user to access meeting reports.

I and the alternative host user are paid users.
I usually hold zoom meetings using my zoom account. And we have to report about meeting result including number of participants for managers within 1 day. But I'm often busy then I can't keep time for making meeting report.

Then I want to allow alternative host user to access to my zoom meeting report page and let him reporting for managers.
