ビデオオンにするとアプリが落ちてしまう

Androidタブレット(Lenovo Tab B10 (3rd Gen) )
wifi接続でzoomミーティングしているとき、自分がビデオオンだと5分ほどで勝手にアプリが落ちてしまいます。
その時立ち上がっているアプリはzoomとSafariだけです。

アプリの不具合なのか、タブレットの不具合かわかりません。どうしたら落ちずに済みますか？
