Since I upgraded to Zoom Workplace I've had issues with my meeting closing all of a sudden. I don't know if this is due to my internet or something in the upgrade. Thanks!

Hello everyone, Is it possible to recover meetings, clicking on the respective links that have expired? I remember having converted a zoom meeting to an .mp4 archive, two years ago. That conversion was before its expiry date and so I managed to have it at my disposal, even now, having saved it in the 'Downloads' section of my computer. In the case I am describing now, the expiry date is over and, moreover, I don't remember exactly how I did that conversion, the only thing I remember is that I pressed the 'download' button at the archive and it was saved in the 'downloads' section as an .mp4. Now this 'trick' doesn't work anymore. If there is some other solution, I would be glad to know. Thank you

I've got two issues with freezes under zoom. Both started happening after I added a webcam to my system. Before I'd join the meeting with my iPad (for the camera) and my desktop (for screen sharing). Now with the web cam: 1. Randomly, my wireless mouse stops working. I need to unplug and plug in the receiver to get the mouse working again. 2. If I try to screen share, the zoom app freezes up and I need to force quit and rejoin the meeting. I'm running Zoom client Version: 5.9.3 (1911) under Linux/debian. Any suggestions?

Since upgrading to Version: 5.14.4 - 5.14.7 the temporary unmute (space bar) no longer works. The microphone graphic pops up, the mute/unmute button changes to unmuted. However, the volume meter in the microphone popup does not display any more when speaking into the microphone. Using Windows 11 Professional 22H2 Build 22621.1555

Hey folks - When I get to the "Report to Trust & Safety" page after removing someone from a Zoom meeting, the Zoom screenshot link no longer works. That link used to send a download that I could view of the meeting at the time of removing someone. Now that link does nothing. This just changed within the last week or so. I want to be able to view the screenshot, please. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Hi, On the website, compare all features, they say that recording transcripts are not available for Pro Account but available for Business Account, and only in English.
Elsewhere on the website, there is an article (2024-03-06) saying that transcripts are supported in multiple languages. They add that "Prerequisites for using audio transcription is a pro, business... account"
Is this feature available in a non English language and pro account?

After setting the MTG from the zoom schedule, I will send an attendance request to both A and B from Outlook at the same time.
A receives the correct meeting link, but for some reason B receives the old meeting link.
Both of them use Outlook on Android. They received an invitation email in outlook, and when B opens the attached ics file, it is a past mtg invitation.

My question is my cancellation is effective May 27, but I have a webinar scheduled for that day. Do you think I will still be able to conduct that webinar?
How can i tell if my meetins can host 1000 participants? i upgraded the plan and added it the email of the owner of the account (me) but when i go to accounts on the web portal it still shows 100 limit but 1000 limit on other site
