Local recording

I hosted a meeting and recorded local. When it needed to be converted  it took awhile and timed out as I was slow to get back to it. Have I lost that recording as I do not see it?

Hello @cdover66 ,

You can double check in your recording folder to see if 2 files titled double_click_to_convert.zoom are still present, which means that you can still do the conversion. You can follow this article to troubleshoot https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362753.

You can also check in the following directory if the recording was successful:

  • Windows: C:\Users\[Username]\Documents\Zoom
  • Mac: /Users/[Username]/Documents/Zoom
  • Linux: home/[Username]/Documents/Zoom
