I can't log in zoom with Google account.
Hi there, I was wondering if you can help me out. I installed Zoom 5.7.5(1020) and I clicked on Google account to log in but the software didn't respond. Also I tried to click other button only log in worked.

I update Zoom to 6.2.11 but then every time I join a Zoom meeting it says I have Zoom 5. something. Please help.
I paused my recording (after the attended dropped off the meeting) and then resumed the meeting once she had dealt with her technical issues. However, on checking my local recording only the first section prior to the pause is recorded. The majority of the meeting the remaining section after the pause isn't! 😩 Is there anyway to retrieve my full meeting. When in my Zoom account and look at the recordings tab there is nothing showing there at all??? Any advice appreciated. Thanks

Whenever I type In chat a lot In my chemistry class, zoom closes unexpectedly and kicks me out of the meeting. When I try to join again, it tells me I have joined this meeting from another device when I didn’t. My iPad is new and I just bought it (iPad 2024 pro), please help me fix this issue because its really urgent for my classes

High I am a bit buzzeled. Following missfunktion occurs since a few days: In Zoom-Meetings with registration page there is no Chat button; in Zoom-Meetings without registration page the button is there. Chat in Zoom-Meetings is activated in the administrative template that we use. What can be the cause for this? Thanks for helpful replies loveforgod

I used the free version on my iPad Pro 4th Gen(OS version 18.1.1) to save a video, but am unable to find it.
I updated to paid, but that didn't help. Zoom version 6.2.10 (20104).

Hello, I used to have a plethora of virtual backgrounds to choose from, and not there are only 5. When I click the "+" sign, my options are to add a video or image (of my own), but no other backgrounds to choose from. Just got a new MacBook but they were there last week. Anyone know how to find the other options? TIA

I have a Mac user that has recently started to experience a system slowdown to the point of freezing when sharing their screen in Zoom. The user said that it only happens when sharing their screen in Zoom & that the rest of the time their system performs just fine. We've already tried a general uninstall/reinstall of Zoom and checking for updates with the reinstall, and the user's tried unchecking the advanced share screen setting: "User hardware acceleration to optimize video sharing". I've read in forum posts that potentially checking the advanced share screen setting "Use TCP connection for screen sharing" is helpful, but I'm not sure what, if any, downsides that could cause. We've also reset the user's NVRAM. Does anyone have any other ideas that we could try to speed up the user's experience of Zoom while sharing their screen? I'm including the system specs below. System info: MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018) Processor Speed: 2.30 GHz Processor Type: 8-Core Intel Core i9 RAM: 32.0 GB OS: Monterey 12.6.1

In addition to the 9 default interpretation languages I have added a 5 additional languages in my advanced account settings. Unfortunately, I am still not seeing the additional language options when trying to schedule a new meeting and set up the individual interpreters.

Hi , how can I prevent a guest to show as total the he or she speaks. I need that my guests remain In the small image on the right. But now when someone speaks up his image turns into total. Is it possible to avoid this?
