Is there a way to pre-register for a meeting that creates an email confirming the meeting, but not including join information until a reminder is sent out?    I tried using manual approval to see the incoming registrants before they receive their confirmation email - but I'm looking to find a way to send them an acknowledgement of being registered and advising they will receive more information and Joining links etc. 24 hours before the start of the meeting.   Is this possible?   If yes, how?

Why can't I use my personal meeting ID when scheduling a recurring meeting?  Each time I select the "Recurring meeting" checkbox, the Meeting ID radio field disappears and a meeting ID is auto-generated. I don't want that. I want to create a recurring meeting with my personal meeting ID for every meeting. I don't think that's asking too much.

Why is the Speaker shown over the top right of the screen share on my recorded Meetings?

When I am going to get my Meeting recording, I'm seeing the speaker displayed in a way that their video covers the top right of the screen.At one point, my recording had them off to the side and the screen share was fully visible. How can I go back t... Show more

When I am going to get my Meeting recording, I'm seeing the speaker displayed in a way that their video covers the top right of the screen.

At one point, my recording had them off to the side and the screen share was fully visible. How can I go back to that?

In my settings,  I have all of the views set up to record. Once the speaker starts presenting, I spotlight them.

Hi: I usually record meetings on my own PC, but recently recorded a meeting in the cloud. I was surprised to see that the recording was completely different! Is this because the "cloud" recording was done from a Mac instead of a PC? Or is there an inherent difference when recording in the cloud vs. on a local machine?

When we schedule a meeting in Hubspot on behalf of our prospects (Using the CRM user interface) the meeting description includes a time zone that is NOT our prospect's time zone, but our account's time zone. We're looking for a way to strip the time zone from the invite description or have it show the correct prospect time zone.  Anyone else have this problem or a potential solution / workaround? This text is included in the google calendar description which is confusing for our prospects.

ミーティングで自分のカメラが映らない

ミーティングの際、他の人の顔はこちらから見ることができるのですが、自分の姿が映りません。

 

デバイスをパソコンからスマートフォンに変更、もしくはデバイスを変えずに他のミーティングアプリで試すとカメラは映ります。

ブラウザ上のテストは何回も行ったのですが、自分の姿は映らず暗いままです。

デバイスの再起動やzoomアプリの再インストールを試しても変わりません。

どうすればいいのでしょうか?
