Cannot delete any individual attended meetings from Doc/my meeting tab

From the attended meeting history in https://docs.zoom.us/meetings, There is no option to delete meetings from history. How can I delete meetings one by one from Docs/ My meetings?

Audio Problem

I use ZOOM on two devices: my iphone and MacBook Pro. Everything works well on both except for the audio on my macbook. I have the latest updated software ob both but i only face audio problems on the macbook. what could be the reason for it?

My USB headset is detected and selected at the start of the Zoom call and works well.  But, after perhaps 5-10 minutes into the call, the audio quits, and my microphone stops working, with no notice (except for people telling me they can't hear me).  If I switch my 'speaker' to another device (such as my laptop speakers), the audio plays through the laptop speaker.  Then, I can switch my speaker back to my headset and it will continue working for another 5-10 minutes.  This cycle repeats for any Zoom call.

 

It also behaves the same for another USB headset (Logitech), so I don't believe it's a headset failure.  I have a third wireless headset where this fails in the same way.  It does work fine with an older Bluetooth headset, and never quits when using that.

 

This is a Dell 5570 laptop, running Window 11.  I've updated the Audio drivers to the latest version as of July 2023, and it makes no difference.  I've uninstalled Zoom and re-installed Zoom and it makes no difference.  I've disabled the 'Signal processing by Windows audio device drivers' in the Advanced audio settings and it makes no difference.

 

Your help is appreciated, Zoom is such an important tool for my work.

Changing Personal meeting topic

My topic currently reads  "[My Name]'s Personal Meeting Room."

 

Can I change the meeting topic for all my meetings instead of manually adding the topic?

 

There is no EDIT option for this in the settings

Resolved! Incorrect Cloud Storage Calculating?

We keep regularly getting emails from Zoom saying we are using 1.76 GB worth of cloud recordings, and that our account only has 1 GB of cloud storage. However, whenever I check our Zoom archive of cloud recordings, there's certainly less than 2GB total.  And the total we are allowed for this account is 5 GB? Any ideas?

 

Also, we have a number of local recordings stored on a few different laptops, but this shouldn't contribute to our cloud storage total, right??

 

 

This is largely a repost, however, we are having the exact same issues!  We received an email stating " This is a reminder that your account is using more than the available cloud recording storage. Cloud recording will be disabled on Jan 11."

 

If anyone has any ideas or any similar situations/findings you can share, I'd sincerely appreciate it! Thank you!

Hi Everyone

I'm hoping you can help with this problem. I have set up my account so that I can share files with participants in a meeting. However, when I put the document in Chat, even though it says I have been successful and I can see it, my participants cannot see it - or just one or two can.

I wondered whether it's because I scheduled a number of meetings before I changed this setting to enable document sharing.

Can anyone tell me how to resolve it? I'm about to run lots of meetings and really need this functionality.

When sharing screen, is it possible to show myself somewhere other than the top right corner?

Hello,

 

When sharing a screen, a small window displaying what my camera sees is shown in the top right-hand corner of the shared screen.

 

Is it possible to move this window to another position, for instance the top-left corner?

The host requires authentication on the commercial Zoom platform to join this meeting

I've set my meetings up to not require a passcode or waiting room, but to require authentication. One of the meeting participants keeps getting the following message and is unable to join. Please advise how to resolve this issue: "Unable to join this... Show more

I've set my meetings up to not require a passcode or waiting room, but to require authentication. One of the meeting participants keeps getting the following message and is unable to join. Please advise how to resolve this issue: 
"Unable to join this meeting. The host requires authentication on the commercial Zoom platform to join this meeting. Please log in with a commercial Zoom account to Join."

 

I see others have this issue but I don't see that there has been a resolution posted.

 

Note that the participant unable to join does not have a commercial Zoom account which is also true for most of the other participants who are able to join the meeting.

Hi,

 

I am using Zapier to connect a registration form in Kajabi to complete the registration form in Zoom and it isn't working.

I have set up a zoom registration for my meeting, but cannot figure out how to view it now that it is published (when I go to 'edit' the different categories don't appear).

How do I view my registration questions so that I can figure out what the error is with Zapier?
