When sharing screen, is it possible to show myself somewhere other than the top right corner?

Hello,

 

When sharing a screen, a small window displaying what my camera sees is shown in the top right-hand corner of the shared screen.

 

Is it possible to move this window to another position, for instance the top-left corner?

And how can I disable that feature altogether? I can turn off my video, but it still displays my away picture.
