Issue with 6.1.1.1 on iPad

I have deployed the Zoom App through Jamf Pro to certain devices at a organization I work for. 

The devices can load the app, but cannot login using either "enter your email address", continue with Google, Continue with Facebook. 

 

The error message for enter your email is: Cannot sign in, please check your network connection.

Google error message: Cannot sign in, please check your network connection.

Facebook: error message 10000600.

 

I can, however, log into zoom though chrome and it opens the app though the browser, no issues. I can join or create a meeting that way. Why would I be unable to login using the app?

 

I have created firewall rules from the recommendation of the website.


I can login with the app using laptops and PCs.

Olá. Com um único usuário eu posso dar meu acesso para meus colaboradores fazerem outras reuniões ao mesmo tempo?

Do not receive meeting id's from Zoom, although I do get other kinds of messages from Zoom

I do get messages from Zoom, but I do not get meeting id messages.


Any suggestions?

How do i change the settings to record video and sound to share?

One time I saw the place to record audio and video Now I ca not find it. I can only record sound.

Resolved! Local recording NOT high res all the time

I host Zoom meetings between 10-20 hours per week (without screen sharing). I record all calls locally on my machine. Most of the time, it records high res, but occasionally it does not. Can anyone tell me why? It's kinda frustrating.

Video Cuts to name

My video will cut out 10 or so minutes into a meeting and go to the black screen with my name. I then have to turn the video back on. Does it every time, every meeting. Is this a setting for inactivity or something else I need to adjust?

I can't change my topic name.  It just says Zoom Meeting, and is grayed out.

Resetting zoom passcode on non recurring meeting

Has anyone had any luck in changing a passcode on a meeting Id that is used regularly, but is not showing up in recurring meetings. It has an existing passcode but I cannot figure out how to change if that meeting does not show up anywhere. any guida... Show more

Is it possible for me to set up a meeting where people can meet without me?   Normally, we all meet together, but we have a special project going on where I'd like to allow folks to discuss their portions of the project with each other whenever they want - day or night, they decide the dates and times, and I don't have to be there to start the meeting.  We anticipate needing this through the end of this year.  I have a Zoom One Pro account. Thanks!

I am the owner of two Workplace Pro accounts for our small business. I want to transfer one of the licensed users from account A to account B. The user has no unique settings, data or recordings that need to be brought over. He will use the same business email address. I just want him to be a user in account B, not account A. 

 

Do I delete the user from account A and then assign him a license from account B? Or can I transfer his license from account A, thereby avoiding purchasing a license in account B?
