I try to remove virtual background from zoom meeting. From more and choose none but its not working

Hello @mLinco! If you're using macOS, it's possible that the background was uploaded directly to your computer instead of through Zoom. Once the meeting starts, a green video icon will appear in the top-right corner of your Mac's menu bar. Click the icon and uncheck 'Background' to remove the virtual background.

Hi DrNadine,
If your virtual background is not turning off after selecting “None,” try these steps:
- Open Zoom Settings and go to Background & Effects
- Ensure that “I have a green screen” is unchecked
- Restart your Zoom app and try again
- If the issue persists, update your Zoom to the latest version

Hello,
If none is selected in the Zoom background and effects menu it's very possible that the virtual background is coming from your operating system or some other program.

I believe this is my issue, but I need instructions to fix the problem. Where can I find/delete the image that i uploaded as a background image. When I select NONE in virtual images, the image is still there. HELP
