Is it possible to record breakout room sessions in the cloud? Or does it have to be the local recording session
Resolved! Shared screen file larger than normal
I noticed that the last meeting we had was half the time as usual (one hour, compared to 2-3 usual) but the shared screen file is almost 8 times as large (!!) as usual. Is that because we did some screen sharing? I can't figure out if we did anything else different. Thanks everyone!

What Zoom Plan Will Allow me to control the mouse/work with software on the screen of a client who is participating in a zoom meeting hosted by me? Currently, despite seeing a dialog window and requesting mouse control, which then the participant is giving me, nothing happens and I am unable to control their mouse to navigate on their screen. Without this functionality, I cannot use zoom for work purposes. Currently using the free plan over the internet. What plan I need to choose to allow me this controls? Thank you.

Hello there! I have been helping my dad, who is teaching a couple college courses on Zoom. He has a some things he wants to do in regards to recording, so I've been doing a bit of research to see if I can solve the issue. -He wants to be able to record once in "Shared Screen" mode (ideally not recording his students)...is this possible? -He uses local recording to record his lectures, then uploads them to his schools' learning management system (I think that's what it is, anyhow) I noticed you can record Shared Screens separately while using Zoom's cloud recording, but it doesn't allow for this option if you use local recording. My dad does have access to cloud recording, but prefers local recording. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thank you,

purchasing pro licenses with API
I'm looking for a way to purchase additional pro licenses using Zoom's API. Looking through the documentation for the API, I do see the ability to change the zoom plan for a specific account, but I haven't found any abilities for changing the number of pro licenses for my account.
I can do this manually through the zoom account console but ideally I would like to be able to do this with the API.

I'm looking for a way to sync profile photos to zoom accounts in some way. does anyone know if there's any sort of API script that would allow enterprise AD photos to be used for zoom accounts?
