I scheduled a new meeting using the Zoom plugin for the Canvas teaching platform. It seems to have worked, but I am having two issues. First, the meeting does not appear in the scheduled meetings for my Zoom account. Second, when I click on "Add to Outlook Calendar" on the meeting page, I get the following error: Invalid meeting ID. (3,001)

Hi, I have a paid account and want to give privileges to an unpaid account that would allow the account to mute or unmute attendees in my meetings. I know how to set the mute function under Security in a meeting, so people can't mute or unmute themselves freely. I want to give the unpaid account the ability to mute and unmute people like my paid account can in my meetings.

Help please!! If i wish to run 3 dance classes with different teachers concurrently, does having the pro account allow me to do this? Do i need to purchase 3 licences? or do i set up breakout rooms?
