Cam off when i share screen

Hello,

i have an agency related to consultancy. Recently we have started zoom calls for consultancy. when i start sharing my laptop screen during the call, the cam of my laptop turned off.

i have tried many times but unable to solve.

Actually this is amazon consultant company so we need to turn on my cam during share the screen.

i have tried these solutions:

Hey @ThomasFlaugher, There is an option to Hide thumbnail video when you do a screen share

While screen sharing see if you're able to see these options. If not, you can right-click on Zoom while open and you'll see available windows that may be minimized to open.
