I use Outlook Web Access to schedule my zoom meetings with the zoom plugin.  I am in Eastern Standard Time.  When I schedule a zoom meeting and send the recipient a zoom invite, the recipient accepts the zoom invite but the accepted time is always two hours before or two hours after what I originally scheduled the meeting for.  I made sure Zoom and Outlook are both on Eastern Standard Time.  Any ideas as to why this is happening?

My Zoom camera is off center (I am directly in front of computer but I show up way to the side and cut off) and a bit distorted. I know it's not my computer camera because if I just go into camera setting on the computer everything looks normal. I have tried searching for solutions but nothing I have found addresses this specific issue. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Don't know what direction to take to get this resolved. I appreciate your assistance. 

I was just wondering how great it would be if Zoom could start its own streaming service or some servers to connect. Over the years zoom has build a very large community of active users and i believe it will be very exciting if Zoom could start its own Streaming platform. Lets see what others have to say on this ?

I facilitated two Zoom meetings recently.  In the first meeting, the presenter shared her own files.
In the second meeting, the presenter needed me to share her files (which I had on my desktop).  I recorded the Zoom session in both cases and wanted to be able to resize the shared file portion of the screen and the speaker's portion of the screen.  In the first meeting, I was able to do that.  i.e. I could make the speaker occupy about 60% of the screen and the file was shrunk as a result to about 40%.  In the second meeting, where I did the speaker's file sharing, I was unable to resize either the file sharing "box" of the speaker's "box".  The speaker appeared in a very tiny box while the file occupied almost the whole screen.  In both meetings, I had made the speaker a Co-host.  Is there a way for me to not lose resizing ability as a Host when I am sharing the presenter's files?  It seemed as though I lost a lot of zoom control capabilities in the 2nd case ... or am I missing something?  Thanks.

I wonder if anyone knows of a simpler way to take a multi-page group photo/screenshot in zoom? Was thinking of a plugin or extension, but couldn't find any. Right now I can set the 49 participants mode and screenshot each of the pages, then paste in somewhere like in microsoft word. But that can be quite troublesome.

Je constate que quand j'ouvre le Zoom à l'ordi pour animer la conférence, les membres ont des difficultés pour se connecter à moi.
