Does anyone have or know where to find a visual guide to all Zoom's tool bars, menus/sub-menus, settings, etc. Would like to provide to user/facilitators to help them know where to go for each thing. Would be a super useful reference guide when something goes wrong and someone needs to troubleshoot. Good to know where to look!

We have conducted a Zoom large meeting (around 400 participants) recently, unfortunately we couldn't assign around 50 participants to Breakout rooms even manually. We have already enabled the option "Require authentication to join : Sign in to Zoom”. Any idea why this happened, as per my knowledge, only the users logged in (Sign in) via Zoom only can join our meeting, so once a participant is inside our meeting, even though his email id is not added in our Pre-assigned breakroom list, we must able to move him manually from the unassigned group to any of the breakout rooms. But unfortunately these 50 participants joined our meeting were not even appearing in the unassigned group. Can anyone help me to sort out this issue.

Dear All ,

I am facing a problem from last few days. Previously , It was working nice. 

After entering my mail id and password , It is showing that there is time out.  If some one given me link to join the meeting,  it is showing an unexpected error.  I am using ubuntu 18.04.  I then used another laptop and it is working fine . I think it is my laptop problem.

Can any one help me to figure out this. I have attached two screen shot with this threads.

I am hosting a teaching/preaching session for the next five weeks.  The Saturday session has a preacher from Zambia as guest.  How do I set the time zone to include her.  All I have as choices are US and Canada or Eastern Africa and Central Africa, but Zambia is in the South.

Hi there- I have set up a normal meeting for about 35 people and asked them to register.  The main speaker will not  register and wants a link sent that he can just click and enter the meeting at the right time.  Is there a process that I can use to register him?

Hello everyone,

Here is the issue. I have a friend who asked me why she cannot see her shared computer screen while other participants on the Zoom call, including the admin who initiated the meeting, can. Her screen is simply white. I believe she gives the admin permission to use her screen. Does that automatically stop her from seeing her own screen?

Or can she do something next time to fix the issue?
