I scheduled a meeting in free plan but upgraded to pro plan after it. The already scheduled meeting can go on for more than 40 minutes with more than 2 persons right ? or I have to schedule a new one ?

Hi @AneeshRajani

Yes - your existing meeting should inherit your new Pro plan setting, without the 40 minute limit.

But just check that your new Pro license is properly assigned to your user profile at:  https://zoom.us/account/user#/

Hi, I've had a "pro" license assigned to my user profile for over a year.  I have not had any problems until recently, when I was scheduling a call using Outlook and received the message pasted below.  What might the issue be?  Thanks, Hoyt

Hi @Hoyt

Are you on an annual plan? If you have had your account for over a year, but it had just started being a problem, maybe this is an annual subscription and it did not get renewed?

If you click on your profile icon/picture in the actual Zoom client, what does it say your Plan type is there?

Is your Zoom client up to date, and have you checked for updates for Outlook Plugin also?

Do you have more than one login for Zoom?
