How to add United States and South Africa in time zone

I am hosting a teaching/preaching session for the next five weeks.  The Saturday session has a preacher from Zambia as guest.  How do I set the time zone to include her.  All I have as choices are US and Canada or Eastern Africa and Central Africa, but Zambia is in the South.

    Hi

My understanding is that Zambia follows Central Africa Timezone (GMT+2) and hence you should be okay to select "Harare/Pretoria".

    Hi @Holypastor3

So do you need two time zones for one meeting?

A Zoom Meeting can only be scheduled in one time zone, actually in Zoom.

If your meeting requires Registration, then the user has the option to select their time zone when they sign up.

But if you send your invitation using an external calendar, like Outlook or Google, and the participant accepts it in the same way, that external application will display the relevant time zone, accordioning to the participant's own preferences.

    Hope this helps.
