I'm having an issue disabling that "extra" window that shows up on every meeting. I turned it on once to try it out to see if I liked it and now I can't get it off. The tic box is unchecked so I don't know what the deal is. 🤷🏻♀️

I am an admin and I have a few accounts under my managment. I want to both "waiting room" and "Require authentication to join" for all accounts under my management so users can join without "waiting room". How can I configure it o that each account can disable both "waiting room" and "Require authentication to join"? when they create their scheduled meetings?

Weird: Muting mic in main room mutes system level device, muting mic in breakout room doesn't, usually ends up breaking UHD mic input and the fix is unplug/replug the uhd capture card. This is a bit inconvenient, as you might imagine. Not sure where to post this report, is it a tech support thing or a developer thing? (Dell m4800 laptop, latest windows updates, latest zoom update, generic magewell HD video capture USB card, updated realtek drivers, updated windows UHD device drivers) Initial symptom began last Tuesday where I was sent to a breakout room in a zoom meeting and my UHD digital mic became disconnected and required unplug/replug to get it back, video on the same usb device was unaffected. When I was returned to the main room, audio broke, video was fine again. I have been able to reproduce and document the symptoms. I looked at the sound panel and noticed that when I muted zoom in the main room the UHD sound panel meter stopped. Other mic inputs continued to show input. When I muted zoom in a breakout room, the UHD sound panel meter continued to show input, which is different behavior from how zoom is muting the main room audio. Ive attached screen captures numbered 1-5 in order. I also have a video capture of this happening. Worked great all year until last week, the problem persisted this week after driver and software updates. Need help with a resolution to this. Can anyone help?

I'm hosting Zoom meetings via a community plugin on my website which then hosts the meeting in browser. Originally all worked perfectly and when I started a meeting with my video everyone could see everyone. Great! Now for some reason, when I host a meeting it shows my video as black to me but shows the actual video to other members of the meeting (so they CAN see me at least!). When I use zoom outside of the community plugin, I am perfectly able to see myself either in browser or in the app.
Does anyone know why this might be happening or how I could fix it? I'm baffled!

Temporary unmute is not working typing something in the chat! Steps to reproduce the error: You won't be able to unmute using the spacebar because all the spaces are going to chat even when it is closed.

I can download videos in various quality such as 240, 360, 480, 720. (I'm not sure if that is frames per second or what but certainly the bigger number is better, especially on a big screen) (also bigger file size of course). For Zoom video sharing, which quality video is it best to use? &/or PS I am using a 5-year-old desktop PC with windows 10 Thank you
My wi-fi at home is good, ftth, but not all of my Zoom colleagues have good quality broadband. Some use a smart phone to connect. Also. what if others are showing videos, what should they do? Bear these factors in mind:
(a) the presenter's (host's) broadband may not be good
(b) some of recipients' broadband may not be great

When I'm using the zoom mobile app on my iPhone X, I call into the audio because I know that will keep me connected to the meeting when this problem I describe persists. I have a paid zoom account ($15/month).
I'm on the zoom call, watching the content and I switch apps (to messages, to email, to search something while still on the zoom meeting on the zoom mobile app), I get kicked outta the zoom meeting. When I rotate back to the zoom meeting app, it automatically starts spinning, saying rejoining the meeting. If its a private meeting, the host has to re-admit me to the meeting.
I've already tried uninstalling the zoom app on my phone and re-installing. That didn't fix it. How else can I fix this?
