Framereader read null frame! (Videos are no longer appearing in Chrome)

Web meeting SDK 1.9.5

Video in Chrome is blank. In Firefox it works.

I followed instruction on Cross-Origin Isolation issue on this page: https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/sdk/overview/improve-performance/

The test of 

typeof SharedArrayBuffer === 'function'

return true
