Good morning, I have a problem with Zoom that I can't find When I record meetings they are recorded at very low quality regardless of what video quality I have. I have seen that all meetings are recorded at 640x380 pixels resolution. Also, I don't know if it can be recorded in general view and not in speaking view. Thanks a lot.
a solution.

Hello. When I'm logged in, seems to me that the system should have a place where all my scheduled meetings are listed and I could simply click on a link there and get into the meeting as the host without entering a meeting ID. Is there such a place? If so, I'm not intuitively finding it. Thanks!

When I use the zoom I hear what others are saying but I do not hear anything they say . The sound setting on my computer is all set. Why is that? Please Give me a quick solution for this
Hi, I have a problem here. I'm using MacBook Air 1.6 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5, macOS Monterey 12.2.1, and Zoom Version: 5.9.3 (4239), but the blur option doesn't appear. Please please need help 😞
I have the most up to date Zoom 5.8.6 (2879), and am using it on a Mac (2.7 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5).
I do not have a 'blurred background' option on Virtual Backgrounds. How can I access it?
I can not find any feature how to find out who was in a meeting on specific date, although I get emails like "person entered waiting room" but as to my understanding not all participants are registered and acknowledged this way... As far as I noticed if someone knows my room id and I allow that person to enter meeting without first sending him/her invitation, zoom does not register such participation. If I want to review with whom i had meetings within last month I do not have any register list within zoom.. i must track it myself which leads to some problem when you do have many meetings.. is there any feature in zoom where you could track all participants names and dates of meetings?

Randomly last month, whenever I click on a link to join a zoom meeting from a phone text or email , it takes me to my zoom app and then it just says 'waiting' until I get an alert saying 'Unable to connect'. make sure you are connected to the internet and your connection to Zoom is not blocked by a firewall or proxy. (Error code 5003). Even when I go to the app to sign in, same think happens. I have reported the problem and also called the zoom support number but can't get through to an actual person. Would appreciate any tips.

At work we regularly host Zoom trainings with 80-100 people in English with Spanish interpretation. Attendees are from all over the place with different devices, different tech skills, and different language skills. Trainers often want to use breakout rooms but so far I haven't figured out a good way to get folks into the breakout rooms in their chosen language. Does anyone have an efficient way for getting participants of a particular language into a breakout room together? Things I have tried: - Go off their language chosen at registration and pre-make breakout rooms. The problem with this is, depending on who is in the meeting, participants may choose English or Spanish that day. When we've preassigned them to a Spanish room, they don't participate or ask to be put in a different room. - Ask folks who want to be put in a Spanish speaking room to ignore their breakout room invitation and stay in the main room, and then we can manually assign them to a room. Problem with this is, if they join late, miss the interpretation or don't understand directions, are still learning how Zoom works and don't know to ignore the breakout room invitation... or then we get mixed up with the people who chose not to participate in a breakout room and are sitting unresponsive in the main room. - Asking a poll question. Then we realized that in the moment we can't see specifically who answered the poll until after the meeting... so not helpful at all! - Coworkers stated they tried to have people select their breakout rooms and it didn't go well. Can we change the label of a breakout room to say en español so folks know to join that one? Is it still true that on Zoom on iPads/iPhones/Chromebooks doesn't allow participants to choose rooms? - Tell participants to change their participant name to add in English or español - but then people often just don't change their name. Thank you!
